Cases

Dyk ned i de nogle af de cases du kan arbejde med nedenfor:

Heavy Industry (by Danfoss)

The production of steel, cement and ammonia & fertilizers is today relying almost 100% on coal, oil and natural gas. They are also some the largest global contributors to carbon emissions.

How can we convert each of these heavy industries to direct and indirect electrification using green hydrogen in the most economical and sustainable way – and as fast as possible?

Marine Electrification (by Danfoss)

In harbors the need for installed shore power is increasing rapidly. The electrification of the marine industry have started on “near shore applications” such a ferries sailing shorter distances, but as the technology develops and evolve, the electrification will expand to even long distance routes and larger ship types.

How can we make sure that both the expansion of grid infrastructure and shore power stations can be used by the society to boost the transition to green renewable power?

How do we build a economical and scalable concept for shore power installations?

Food Transport (by Bitzer)

Most of the energy used for refrigeration during food transport today originates from non-renewable sources.

How might we enable a conversion to 100% green energy?

How can we ensure acceptance of new and un-proven technologies for refrigeration during transport?

How can we help users improve their behavior to reduce food and energy waste?

Circular Economy (by Buy2Sell, WeUse & CLEAN)

Several startups have developed business concepts to tackle challenges of circular economy and are enabling companies and consumers to become more sustainable – through collective use and repurposing of goods and industrial equipment.

Join Buy2Sell and WeUse to solve challenges of scalability and innovation of their sustainable business concepts:

How might we create a virtual warehouse for recycled industrial components, without intermediate locations?

How can we create better and stronger communities of sharing consumer goods?

The activity is co-funded by the Danish Board of Business Development, the European Union and the Danish Agency for Education and Research.

Arrangementet er medfinansieret af Uddannelses- og Forskningsstyrelsen
